Order Processing & Fulfillment

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed, prepared, and packaged for shipment. All items are made, assembled, or finished in limited quantities, and processing time may vary depending on order volume.

Shipping Timeline

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
From the time your package is shipped, delivery will take an estimated 3–5 business days for domestic orders.
Please note: This timeline begins only once your order has been shipped, not from the date of purchase.

Shipping Providers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or other standard carriers depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Once a package is in the carrier's possession, shipping times and delivery performance are outside our control.

Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet stated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier issues or service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • High volume periods or restock events

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for lost/stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. We are not liable for packages returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
